Green Dot Films occupies a space that was formerly used as a garage for a plumbing companie's trucks. One of the unusual aspects of the space was pouring a new floor slab to remove 10 inches of slope from one side to the other. The space is bathed in natural light from a series of new 8' x 8' skylights. |
