The Courtyard was designed as a speculative building in the late 1980's. Its limestone clad classicist facade created a timeless statement for Santa Monica's emerging downtown office market. Not long after its completion, it was purchased by the Milton Family Foundation. The Foundation now occupies the entire 100,000 square foot building. |
